Osmar is a man in demand and I can see why. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was kind, courteous not to mention his high standard of work and attention to detail. He was contracted by our insurance company to do the drywall, mudding and taping in our basement when our basement was flooded and the ceiling had collapsed. When the insurance company wasn’t able to find other trades people to do the flooring and cabinet installation he stepped up and did that for us too. He really knew what he was doing and the results were excellent.

We chose Rodmar renovations as a general contractor to rebuild our home after a flood. Osmar, the owner came across as really genuine, honest and reliable. After working with him over the last year, we can add perfectionist, hard working, kind, and incredibly skillful to his list of qualities. There wasn’t a job that was left undone. Osmar and his team at Rodmar renovations are truly fantastic. I hired Rodmar renovations to renovate my entire 1920s home that needed a modern overhaul. Osmar’s team did everything from framing, drywalling taping mudding, to tiling, kitchen, bathroom, trims, mouldings, doors, hardwood floors and painting. Osmar also project managed the plumbing and electricity through his network of specialized professionals. Osmar and his team are amazing. Their skillset, workmanship, and attitude are exemplary.
